Company has realized the craze of Android fans towards this follow-up to bestselling Galaxy S2. Hence, it has made up its mind to not roll out the much-anticipated gadget in its media-event, which is to be held on 22 March in France. Moreover, company is also not in mood to spell its beans in the Mobile World Congress, which is going to be organized at the end of this month.

Rather than this, Samsung is planning to launch Samsung Galaxy S3 in a separate event, which will be held during the first half of this year. It all implies that Samsung is following the suit of California giant Apple while launching the flagship device by breaking its own cycle. Not to forget, iPad 3 can touch down the market this spring. According to Russian blogger Eldar Murtazin, S3 might come packed with a quad-core chipset under its hood. It will be running on Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich. Its camera may be sporting a 12-megapixel or even 16-megapixel lens. The rumors are also prevalent that it will be flaunting a 2250mAh battery ensuring an enhanced lifespan. The gadget will also boast of a 4.6-inches Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen with 319ppi pixel density.
